1. Use of Services

  • Our services include online courses, live training, and webinars related to cybersecurity.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration details when signing up.
  • Unauthorized use of our content, including reproduction or redistribution, is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

  • All payments for courses and training programs are final and non-transferable.
  • Subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. User Conduct

  • Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform.
  • Any misuse of resources, including hacking or unauthorized access, will lead to an account ban.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, and content are owned by SoloSecurities Academy.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any training materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • SoloSecurities Academy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our training programs.

6. Live Training Recording Access

  • Live training recordings will be accessible for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase/enrollment.
  • After this period, access to the recordings will be revoked.
  • No extensions or refunds will be provided once the access period expires.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or downloading any training recordings. Any unauthorized sharing or downloading may lead to immediate revocation of access and may also result in further legal consequences as per the law of Madhya Pradesh.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violating these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • SoloSecurities Academy may update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
